    Maybe not a 172 killer, but a 152?

The video doesn't match the title? What did this have to do with the 172? The 177 was intended be Cessna to replace the 172 and it still should have, but the early 177 troubles with the low power 150 HP and the empenage / elevator issue turned the pubic against it...

Ive noticed a ton of videos where the title makes no sense.

@@enigma9789 Very odd indeed. I don't think "172" was even mentioned in the video 😂

Cessna built a plane and throw seats in it,,,, Now, Diamond Aircraft built a Carbon fiber plane around a very comfortable seats, with much better aerodynamics

I like the Texas Air Colt, it appears to be a great value. I look forward to the Stallion coming out and hope you get a chance to review that plane when available. The specs I see on that plane are remarkable, I just wonder if the pricing will be as competitive as the Colt. If so, Texas Air should have a real winner on their hands.

Did Texas Aircraft purchase the name rights of the Colt from Piper Aircraft? I took my Pvt. check ride in a PA-22-108 Piper Colt in February, 1969.

Great video. Can you please do a full detailed video on the Montaer MC01 with the new 916? Do you have any information on the MC04? Thanks

    That’s at best a 150/152 competitor

I don't see a carb heat control so I guess that settles it.

I don't see anything comparing this plane to the 172. Every plane I have flown has seats that are back for easy entry and then slide forward to reach the pedals.

Looks very nice, and I personally really like the Dynon HDX system. However, for $165k (even though new) there's a lot more plane you can get on the used market :( Also this a LSA and more comparable to a C152 than a C172.

@@HighPowerOptionsTrades Not sure how long it took, but it’s a normal naturally-aspirated aircraft. It’s powered by a Rotax 912 but has a clean airframe with retractable-gear.
