Maybe they have & I don't know, but if not, I wish someone with the means would take this shit to court. Or one of those activist law firms would take it to court on behalf of these content creators. These channels aren't competition to the music itself. If people wanted to JUST listen to the music or watch the music videos etc, they could simply find the youtube videos these channels react to themselves. We're clearly all here because the content has changed; there's added value of experiencing the music or film etc alongside the content creators. Everyone at one point in their life has gone to see a movie again with a different friend or group of people just for the social experience of watching the movie again with people who haven't seen it. We've all had the experience of showing music we've discovered to our friends. These channels provide that kind of value and transformative experience. We're not here just because we want to listen to the music. We're here, specifically because we want to experience the music with other listeners. I'd love to see a landmark case get argued and won like that and put this issue to bed once and for all.

I would think the labels would want their artists shown in these reactions. It reminds us of their songs. It reminds people their songs ever existed. It prompts people to BUY their songs.
We are completely with you on this '3 strikes you are out' crap. The hard part about Patreon is most charge a fee to watch videos so it's tough for some of us to join. With that said, you do what makes you happiest.
