    Fished this mark loads when I started .. whiting central and few dabs is all I managed. Would rather drive extra 2 hrs and go Chesil

      From here to chesil is 5 hours.. from here to Gorleston is 5 minutes..lol..

      Been fishing beaches the last few fishing trips just fancied a day on the pier, I’ve had some good catches of the pier. There’s always next time..lol.

    You reel in with your right hand but you cast with your right hand how odd !

      I’m right handed.. so use my right hand so I can reel in all the big fish..lol..

      @@TheDavidharding I’m right handed and always use a left hand wind reel it is much easier ! But when I use a multiplier I wind with my right hand because the reel is on
      the top of the rod .

      @@keithhowes1309 Each to their own, but I am the same as you - if you are right handed, you'd want the strong hand doing the heft on the rod and with a multiplier (which I use) you tend to have it under your arm more, so a bit more solid. Now I am getting older, I just find all of it hard work, which I don't remember it being when I was young!
