He didn't defeat any remarkable foes too, and even the Impel Down breakout is a collaboration. So basically he's just another participant who survive in the war.

In the war, what did he really do? He rescued Ace who died later on, defeat some Marine captain (not even Vice Captain). I think between 400mil to 500mil is fair.

Like, yeah, you’re free to act as you want with a partner, but you’re tied to that partner for the rest of your life. And as you said, Luffy isn’t interested in marriage or even love anyway, so of course he wouldn’t consider it. Being free of course still means he has the option whenever he wants, but I’m guessing settling down in the middle of his striving towards being the pirate king is the last thing he’d want to do.

Honestly i always felt like the increase to 400 million was kinda small, thats because Luffy caused some major issues before the timeskip and his last bounty update. He punched a freaking celestial dragon, broke in and caused a jailbreak in impel down, then stormed in and wrecked havoc in Marineford. His bounty should have been way bigger after all of this in my opinion.
And during all of that he got his ass beat down and barely survived, he was a part of that stuff not the cause. Luffy would have died multiple times during those events if not for far stronger people being there to help him. He didn't really cause havoc at Marineford. He continually got beat up while everyone else paved the way for him to get to Ace and then failed at the end. There really isn't a reason that the world government would increase it past that. Why draw more attention to someone they don't want to be super well known. Not saying that you don't have a valid point but it does make sense as to why.
I’m pretty sure the bounties are still low because Oda didn’t want to jump forward too fast. He keeps them at certain numbers to build up when it does jump up a lot. I think
The government tried to downplay Luffy's involvement in the war since he's a high profile figure. They want him gone but they can't show how afraid they are to the public hence the bounty increase being relatively small. They also mention at some point that it's much harder to get a bounty increase after 300,000.

In the Baratie arc, Zeff told them that perhaps Krieg's ships got cut in half because they woke Mihawk from a nap. "Stuff like that happens on the grand line" And here we get Zoro, cutting a ship in half, after the submersion woke him from a nap. I love the throwbacks.
To be fair to Chopper, how well could you pick out 7 specific raindeer out of thousands? Especially if you haven't seen the raindeer in 2 years. It's probably the same thing with Chopper to humans.
When u think of it luffy defeated moria, punched a world noble, did a jail break at impel down, and was very important during the paramount war, and his bounty went up 100 mil
I mean i know its a longshot but Luffy is rly emotionally intelligent so i think he gets Boas point but for him she is a good friend and thats how he treats her.
Luffy knows when marriages is and he knows that boa loves him he just doesn't have the same feelings all he did was just politely reject her plus she's the least likely to get with Luffy if he's interested in romance
I still say that zoro being first is going to come back as a joke somehow later in the series. Like we're gonna find out he got there first completely on accident or something
This is not really a spoiler since they didnt show this in the anime zoro got his scar while training with mihawk he wanted to test his luck like he did with sandai kitetsu on his hand but this its his eye and with mihawks butter knife he got unlucky this time
i don't know if this will be a spoiler or not so i'll mention this first. i don't think his eye is hurt, martial artists of the past perhaps even present close 1 eye to give themselves a challenge, at the very least it's definetly in anime/manga
