I love the Ilonggo accent. The flow of sentences always sound like a love song. Cebuano is a whole different story though. Greetings from the great Pacific Northwest. Amping.

I love the Ilonggo instructions ni Chef also the binisaya. Ilonggo kami, father ko from Antique and daming relatives who lived in Cebu and Davao kaya I love Visayan cooking. Mukhang mabait naman si wifey ni chef. Pareho kayo malambing. Istiwites ang cute 😅 Sarap ng pancit molo, we will try your version

Very nice chef. Nalingaw ko paminaw sa imo binisaya & i love listening to illongo dialect as well. mas nindot mangud mag istorya na straight bisaya kay mas ma express ang mga emotions & charness. hahaha... thank you for the recipe chef.

I am an ilonggo living in cebu for 2 decades and I just realized that "bright" is indeed smart in bisaya coz they seldom use "maalamon" as per google translate.

tagalog/Filipino and hiligaynon is much developed language compared to binisaya or cebuano language. While Filipino language is more developed among the other languages since it even have its own alphabet(Abakada). when you take PAL for example, seat belt is sinturong pangkaligtasan.

Chef one variation that we do is to add pork ribs sa soup. So it's pork ribs, one whole chicken, shrimps heads and shell. The pork and chive dumpling works kay I also add chives sa dumpling ko. I use istiwitis chicken oil. My brother's mom in law even add a small can of evaporated milk to give the broth some body. My take on that is to add pork backfat in the boil and later I chop it fine and add back in to the broth.

Si camille prang ako din sa ex ko, busy ka na nga i pepressure ka pa, ang result, hindi mgiging maayos at focus ang mga bagay bagay. Which in fact, ung ex ko, mostly sya gumagawa lahat compared sakin. Ang ending, naghiwalay din kami. To camille, when chef jp is cooking, do not put pressure on him when cooking, remember home is where you can cook relaxed unlike in restaurant. It should be laidback and chill cooking. So u can enjoy the feeling of cooking for someone at mging mgnda ang end result. Ang nging resulta neto is prang Camille ang manager si restaurant, si chef jp ang kusinero lang talaga. Lol. I suggest camille, bring up ideas to entertain your visitors while waiting for main food so hindi ka magpipressure sa chef. Overall ok sna ung video na to, masarap ung dish, kaso akward sa pag mamando at pagmamadali ni camille. Thats all. Thanks chef jp for cooking!
