Здорово. Скажите как согласуется скорость на шаговом двигателе? Ведь если он будет крутиться чем выходит нить из сопла то нить порвется, а если медленнее то нить провиснет. Можете поделиться скетчем?
Спасибо ! Пластик ABS Kumho 750 ..все его свойства доступны в интернете :) Калибровочные валики не пробовал использовать, все и так очень стабильно работает. Диаметр сопла подбирался экспериментально, в итоге остановился на сопле Ø1.7мм. с ним диаметр нити даже в худшем случае не уйдет больше чем на 0,1мм :) а это в допуске. А так в процессе работы диаметр нити в среднем колеблется от 1,75 +-0,05мм.
Ø14 мм. по дереву. Правда чтобы работало хорошо, пришлось подобрать. То что работает в экструдере фирмы LUX, это сверло оказалось с минимальным допуском в минус от заданного диаметра.

Very nice setup, I saw someone use a data connection between the measuring micrometer and an arduino board that could control a spool motor: forums.reprap.org/read.php?1,636034 check it out maybe you can use it

el controlador controla el grosor del filamento, las lecturas se toman del indicador a través de su adaptador rs485
