To the people who has constant migraine as much as i do,, here's a tip to relief it without having to take painkillers: Dip your feets in hot water (not to hot to boil you duh). The blood from your feets will start to circulate to your head. Having headaches and migraines are causes from stress and unbalanced bloodflow. Thats why sometimes dipping your feets in hot springs helps a lot.
I used to get really bad headaches and had to go to the doctor to figure out what was wrong with me. I had to go on a diet of sorts. No caffeine, chocolate, regular peanut butter and a whole long list of things. It sucked so much. A loving boyfriend like this to rub my head would’ve helped a great deal ❤
