I think that the difference is that the Grineer chose the Queens, where the Orokin forced themselves upon the Grineer. The Queens helped them win their rebellion, after all.
Even though they like to flaunt the Orokin status, they were not Orokin. Yes, they were born daughters to a member of the exclusive club of Orokin, but they were denied their status and banished for being twins, something that goes clearly against the ideology of finding beauty in individualism the Orokin abide by. So at the end, even that notion is a delusion of these two children wanting to have something that never belonged to them in the first place.
Tyl Regor is the most intelligent grineer. He got more brains then the flippin twin kweens if only he wasnt dead, his toooooooooooob men and his toooooooooooobs seemed promising.
Miming with Bones Well some of the bosses are in canon still alive but lots of others are dead too. Like Vor is dead in canon, except now he is a ghost wondering in the Void. Lech Kril is most likely dead since he has nothing to do with the story at all. All the Corpus robot proxies are dead, but they could always make new ones. Tyl Regor is also dead because after the Natah quest he invited you to fight him to the death once and for all. So far the only confirmed ones still living that I can think of are Vay Hek (even after LoR Nightmare he escaped and was never heard from again), Alad V (Zanuka is dead though), and Sargus Ruk.

Bob Watson Hell even the Queens don't like Vay Hek. Even Sargus Ruk hates him because of Vay Hek's love for the Grustrag 3. XD Vay Hek has got to be the most hated character lore wise. The Corpus hate him for his hostile take overs, the Tenno hate him for the destruction of the relays, and the Grineer hate him for an assortment of reasons especially with the decisions he makes.

I imagine something like, he creates a form of Grineer transference, possessing something like the tomb of Hunhow and using its power (new, sentient-themed tileset, with crazy spooky ass physics laws and stuff)
what's to say he didn't find some way to save his consciousness in the exilus adapter? He said what can it do for him, so what if he's with the Sentient hivemind like Vor is with the Void?

What if... the Tyl you fought was actually a clone and the real Tyl was still alive somewhere? Now that would be a plot twist that i usually dont get behind but this time i do.

Listening to Tyl Regor's voice REALLY makes me wish we bring him back some way in a future cinematic quest.
If I had a sound board of his voice that'd let me sound just like him, and I had a decent cosplay costume of him, with said sound board installed inside, I'd memorize his lines and practice emulating his personality.
That'd be really fun xD
His voice and overall demeanor remind me of the Lieutenant from Fallout, and his boss fight feels kinda like something out of a MGS game. Love this boy

Of all the characters in warframe Tyl is by far the best of them all
