Borderlands 2 - How to Solo Pyro Pete UVHM! (Zer0 W/ Commentary)

- Fourth raid boss in my series. Pyro Pete is much easier than the last few raid bosses and it is a nice change of pace from the really intense Master Gee fight. In this video there is the standard gun method and the exploit method. I have done the melee way before with the Hide of Terramorphous, but I don't find it any faster or more fun. Next up is Dexiduous the Invincible!
I'll also be putting out videos of the Psycho in the future after I finish this series, but in the meantime I am still streaming him up to 61 on twitch.tv/feartimmy

it also really helps to have the magic missile instead of switching your weapons all the time, you can still slag him and regen your grenades

I think they may have gotten rid of that pillar bug. You still get stuck, jumping now only sends you down.
Worked for me and I did it like 20 seconds ago
@@eskimoassasin6764 Hmm, I had spent a good long while trying to get up there. Had to grenade jump in the end :/
@@l0ngy89 it's not that hard did it easily on zero. The best part is when pyro Pete jumps up there with you he's stuck and can't leave. So basically you can just poke him down and get ammo etc from crates. Makes it a super easy farm.
how do we get fire rate so fast?
ps:lady fist is better than the sand hawk for the exploit tactic
I could probably do it, but I don't find it as easy.
How do he get so an High Core rate ??
Also he does 158k damage with the infinity pistol when the pistol does 13k electric damage.

I don't believe the minions have level caps. I spent 6 Hours on a single fight using the tactic where you make Pete stuck and managed to get the Spiderants to Level 494. Thank god my Krieg Melee build deals almost 1 Million damage a hit.

Scratch that, he can jump down but if you keep him in the middle of the pillars he won't jump down, he will just keep trying to and keeping hitting the platform above him, causing him to stay up there.
His badass rank must be like 20 mil because I'm a 72 op8 with a infinity pistol with same fire rate and it doesn't go that fast and he has no recoil for it.
This is level 61. Level 61 and op8 in terms of scaling and damage are different.
