Starting with a clean Georgia car this Camaro was given a complete rotisserie restoration.
EXTERIOR: All original sheet metal. It was blasted to bare and put on a rotisserie for a show quality job. Door handles were reconfigured and open electronically. The hood even opens with an electric button. Painted Prowler Orange with ghost stripes. It has ZL1 ghosted on the doors. The metal flake is laid out evenly and the clear coat is glossy. The front bumper is a rubber enduro painted body color. It has Detroit Speed electric headlight doors, billet custom grill, a front spoiler and LED front running lights. In back it has LED taillights and a 3rd brake light in the spoiler. All new stainless trim and chrome. New glass all around. The jambs are slick. New latches, sill plates and billet vent covers. All new weatherstrips and window seals. The Foose wheels sparkle and are wrapped in BFG performance tires. Extra wide tires in back.
INTERIOR: Very classy custom interior. Obviously a professional job, the workmanship is excellent. Sport seats in front,, the rear is upholstered to match. ZL1 is embroidered on the headrests. Custom door panels and matching kick panels. Custom made console has cup holders, premium power window switches and the Hurst 5-speed shifter sticking out of it. VHX digital analog gauges light up red. SPW power window conversion, new wiring system from E-Z wiring. It has a modern stereo system. The carpet is premium square loop with bound edges and matching mats. The headliner has no wrinkles. Rear deck is custom made.
ENGINE COMPARTMENT: ZL1 aluminum 427 block bought direct from GM. Vintage aluminum GM heads and intake with Winters snowflake. We have the Dyno sheet- 475 hp and 470 lbs of torque. Bored 30 over and completely built with new premium parts like roller lifters and Lunati cam. On top is a Holley Street Avenger carb and Flame Thrower distributor. It has a set of coated headers. Vintage Air heat and a/c system is neatly installed and hidden. Runs cool with an aluminum water pump and a BeCool radiator with electric fan. New alternator, steering box, power steering and power brake systems. The engine pay is painted real slick, the firewall is smooth. Upgraded wiper system. Premium billet hood hinges and fender supports. It also has an aluminum filler panel in front.
TRUNK COMPARTMENT: It was completely boxed and upholstered to match the interior. German square loop carpeted floor. The jamb and bottom of the trunk lid is glossy. New weatherstrip.
UNDERSIDE: The subframe and control arms were powder coated. The entire front end suspension and steering is new. It has upgraded tubular control arms and gas shocks. The rear suspension is new- springs, shocks, bushings and traction bars. SSBC 4 wheel disc brake system. New hoses, lines, e-brake assembly, drilled and slotted rotors. Factory style exhaust with a transverse muffler. The fuel system was completely replaced including the tank, lines and sending unit. Looking up at the motor is still spotless, starter looks new. New Tremec TKO 600 5-speed trans and Elite conversion kit from Hurst. 11 inch clutch, powder coated trans mount, 3 1/2 inch driveshaft etc. New Currie 9 inch rear with heavy duty 35 spline center section and 3.70 posi gears. While on a rotisserie the bottom of the car was painted slick body color. It also has 3 inch wider mini tubs to accommodate the wide tires.
This is a first class ride. Top to bottom, in and out is quality craftsmanship. The color is outstanding, the interior is worthy of a luxury car and the all aluminum ZL1 is a retro power house. The real pleasure is getting behind the wheel and shifting those gears down a curvy road.
I, Jay Grams, take pride in personally writing the descriptions for virtually every car for about the last 30 years now. A significant amount of effort goes into fact checking. What I am offering is my professional impression of the vehicle.
Our salesmen are happy to assist with descriptions and making sure your questions are answered. One great suggestion is letting us do a walk around video that explains the car's condition in detail.

Gotta keep things rolling if we can! This Camaro went in the garage door right in front of where you see the red Corvette(which we also filmed). Nothing like a little musical cars! 😉

I'm often not a fan of classic resto mods, but this is stunning. Of course $120 grand is stunning too, but the quality of work here is something special. Nice find Jay!

I like it as since they built it from the ground up it should have a good heating system, ABS anti-locking brakes, 4-channel, it should have daytime running lights, if he's going to restore the car and everything restorative standards to then I liked it even if it's totally restored, what a blast from the past and when I look at this car play Barbara Lewis it seems like a mighty long time, and the music will take you back to the time even though the dates might be different but just listen to how we grew up as blacks and whites and everybody else together this is how we grew up this is what we were doing

All I'm saying is that I'm starting to think that Jay has increased his profit margin by a little much.......but hey, so long as people are buying these gorgeous cars for that amount of money then all the power to him, right? I suppose I'd do the same thing in his shoes. I guess what I'm really saying is that I wish I was rich enough to buy one of his awesome cars, hahaha -- Oh and Jay, another awesome find man!

It's a sweet ride that's been beautifully done, no doubt, but the one thing I don't understand is why paint one bumper and then leave the other one chrome? I saw a 70 Chevelle restomod on another channel a few days ago that the builder/restorer had finished it that way. Maybe that's my OCD or just me being overly anal but I don't get it! LOL It's still gorgeous regardless, and that wouldn't keep me from driving it if I had room for it (or if I actually the nerve to tell my wife that I had actually bought yet another vehicle!! LOL)

Nice car but 120k is way too steep. Bubbling paint tells me the body work underneath is shoddy. For 120k I would expect a car to be better than brand new perfect.
