As Tim once said “chance is home free’s secret weapon”
Chance is probably the most underrated member of Home Free and their secret weapon. His extended range allows Tim to use his 5 octave range.
Actually Adam is a baritone in this group but at the other one he sings a bass.

So this was only the second video with Adam Chance in it (since they already have an 'Adam', he goes by his last name, Chance),. Chris Rupp, the beat boxer's brother decided to leave Home Free to pursue a solo career. He actually helped pick Chance as his replacement. Chris, while an excellent singer, is a tenor like Austin and Rob. This meant that Tim was needed for the bass line and pretty much _couldn't_ do anything else. When Chance joined, they finally had another low voice. They made this video to a) show off what _else_ Tim could do when there was someone to cover the bass line and b) To show off when Chance could do.

Awesome list, “Folsom Prison Blues” is one I always listen to multiple times. The one I would add to this list is “Sunday Best” because the video is so much fun.
Honestly, it was a good thing you waited to listen to this song. Half the fun of this song is already being familiar with the group and who sings what so you get surprised when you hear a member of the group take on a different role than what they normally do.
Yes more Home Free. Anything they do is fantastic so there’s no point telling you what to react to. Just pick any song and it’ll be great.

You guys do know that Adam Chance was the bass for Street Corner Symphony in season 3 of Sing Off. They came in second.
Its a good thing you took a while to listen to Home Free before listening to this song. It let you get to know their normal positions before having that flipped as they did in this song.
My suggestion would be a song arranged by Adam. Do you hear what I hear. The way they did the song is amazing & really showcases their voices beautifully.

This is the reason we’re always saying to wait for this reaction until you get a handle on all the guys and their roles in the group. This and Brothers in Arms will blow you away. Actually Helplessly Hoping and Mary Did you Know are all in this really upper level of just how great the guys really are. That’s not taking away from their other performances. I’ve never heard a thing they’ve ever done that wasn’t fantastic.

Rob is so underrated, that's his range and he's the damn backbone for this song. Then Chance, I'm surprised you ladies didn't do a Tom Jones and throw some undergarments on the stage, when he hit that note. I've already watched several reactions to this over past few weeks but you ladies are so beautiful with your emotions. Great reaction, thank you to both of you. This was an album track before the video was released, and by all accounts confused a lot of fans, who had no idea that Tim could consistently sing that high, or Chance that low. As a couple of other people have said, Chance sang bass for his previous group, Street Corner Symphony, and is able to take over from Tim on the bass line if Tim feels like singing tenor today. You might enjoy their version of Uptown Funk or Stay With Me. Or just keep reacting to Home Free, and Chance has quite a few great songs - as we said, Think A Little Less is a cute one that often gets overlooked.

Adam Chance was the bass for a group called Street Corner Symphony. When he came to Home Free, he filled Chris Rupp's baritone spot, but he definitely can drop it into the basement if needed.

I love watching you two watch Home Free 😁 I don't like the original of this song and I absolutely LOVE this rendition. Chance is doing the bass line for the whole song. He was the bass singer for Street Corner Symphony, and competed with them on the Sing Off season 2, before joining Home Free 5 years ago. I love his voice, so whiskey smooth. Great reaction. In 2015 home free left their record label and made their own so their vídeos won't be copyrighted. They love their reactors and frequently comments on posts.

You know someone has been watching Home Free for a while when they don't react to the bass singing throughout this song the first time they watch because they just expect that from Tim. Chance is the bass singer throughout and has some impressive notes in there for a baritone even out with his solo.
