Same bro
Same can't wait till he in da league
He is my inspiration
Fax watching him taught me hella shii fr
Me too
He has hall of fame dimer
I know it may sound crazy to most but Rife shoots way better than what his percentage shows.
Then he needs to show it
Fax
Yeah bad shot selection but why hasn't he fixed it yet and it's only gonna get tougher for someone his size in the nba
Itâs just shot selection. Itâs like LaMelo when he was in the NBL, Harden when he was on the Rockers and Luka now. Theyâre better shooters than the percentages say itâs just shot selection and shot difficulty
@@connorbradby765 Youâre the Mr. NBA Draft analyst arenât ya? You should know that FT% demonstrates a playerâs true shooting touch because the shots are standardized. Plus heâs already the best playmaker in this draft. Players love playing with him. Thatâll give him playing time early. Better than Cade who averages more turnovers than assists. His assist % to turnover % ratio is higher than anybody in the class. Purist.
I think heâs the best point guard in the class. Heâs just small. The EYBL circuit and leading his public school to a Geico Nationals bid proved it.
You have Rife over Suggs and Cade?
@@sizzlemcsizzle8733 I know theyâll get drafted before him, but I think that Sharife has more skill and IQ than both of them in my opinion.
@@dan_gotchops Free Throw Percentage is a better indication of shooting touch. Not every three pointer is the same, and Cooperâs 82% Free Throw indicates that the shooting touch is there. Itâs just a matter of shot selection. Did you see LaMeloâs field goal percentage coming into the draft?
@@dan_gotchops Not to mention that heâs a pick and roll wizard, and NBA is a predominantly pick and roll game. Not choosing Cooper because of some percentages is crazy as hell.
@@chriskeesee7508 Treyvon Duval didn't get drafted cause of his shot.. NBA wants 3 point shooters especially if they are undersized guards
This kids I.Q. is crazy. He sees plays develop b4 they happen, and he "NEVER" puts anyone in a position to get hurt. I want my Knicks to draft him, but if he's gone - and he just might be - l pray he has a long successful future in the league where ever he goes. He's going to be so much fun to watch. Good luck, Rife đŻđ

Bro its ridiculous lool sure he aint a great shooter yet but the guy has great playmaking, potentially elite. Thats all we need with the shooters and dunkers all around him when trae rests. I had this guy going top 20 and wouldnt of batted an eyelid if he d of gone about 12th. Johnson is also a potential steal..he he has top 10 talent if he puts in the work and is coached right. Wow! His pops is a legend around these parts. If I told u the shooting and handle displays i saw w my own 2 eyes year after year in various pro/am leagues... u would think its gas. OCoop had Game w a capital G! Shot from deep like its nothing. Handles under tremendous pressure, like nothing. Not sure how the knicks dropped the ball again by not drafting him(that was a joke... smh).. Sharife is a franchise pg from bloodline alone (sister already ballin out in wnba). I have never seen him play, but pops is on another level! #BrickCity!
He reminds me a bit of Trae Young with his court vision and ability to finish at the rim despite his height. Has turnover issues and isn't a good shooter but I'm sure he will work on it he'll be a solid backup
His defense have gotten pretty good
I see the ball handling & shiftiness of Kyrie
& the passing ability of Chris Paul

#ATLHOE, The NBA really let the Atlanta Hawks get Sharife Cooper. Not only is he from the city, but him and Trae Young were the only two D-1 Freshmen to average 20 + ppg with 8 + assist. They're teammates now. The Hawks finna work that Pick and Roll like a 9-5. Trae/John Sharife/Johnson/OO. HEALTHY HAWKS WIN IT ALL
cam reddish is the goat.
In 12 games and his shooting percentage was horrible
@@r.a.wproductions1971 thatâs fine, he was the best player playmaking most of the time, his efficiency is attributed to shot difficulty and attempts at the rim because of his size. In limited attempts with more efficient drives to the basket and NBA spacing he will be fine. On top of him being an already crafty finisher he has a floater just like Trae in his bag. He will work the pick and roll with onyeka okongwu and if that ainât there Huerter and reddish on the wings. Heâll be fine in Atlanta, hawks coaches will also work on his shot mechanics
@@AlterEgoSniper your right it is a small sample size.. he can be elite in spaceâŠjust needs to fine tune his 3pt shot
@@AlterEgoSniper I feel like smaller guards have such a big advantage on offense especially in p&r or p&p situationâŠespecially in the NBA where you have so much spaceâŠ

LEON ROSE BETTER PICK THIS NIGGA NO QUESTIONS ASKED đŻâŒïž
Let's not even get underway about Sharife Cooper. My own perspective is that he's my sleeper pick for this upcoming draft. I understand that most people think I'm nuts, but whoever gets Sharife will have the best time of their lives, whether he falls on the East or West Coast. However, this man has Trey Burke inside him. When I saw vintage clips of Trey way back at Michigan heydays, I see Sharife. The second round is where you find your future contenders. With that being said, I see a hidden gem rising from the ashes in the case of Sharife. In my perspective, he's the most solid finisher among the rookies. Great pity on you about avoiding rolling the dice on Sharife with someone who isn't delighted to take him up.
rewatching this and imagining what he could of done on this auburn team with jabrari smith they would of easily made the final four with him and jabrari smith
NBA combine listed him at 6'3.5...has to be a mistake right? If he's grown that much since the end of the NCAA season he should be a top 10 pick. You can correct & teach shooting skills. You can't teach his natural feel and court vision.
Great back up pg for the hawks
Heâs staying home in Atlanta playing with Trae Young on the Hawks

Welcome to golden state
Future Warrior, Sharife could be the perfect Pick n Roll partner for Wiseman.
A second unit with Wiseman, Poole, Moody, and Cooper could be nasty in a season or two!
Trade idea guys, let me know how you feel about this.
Gsw will trade their 7th pick for okc 16th and 18th pick. Okc can then use their 6th and 7th pick to trade it for cavs 3rd pick and cavs will then get the 6th and 7th pick.
Gsw mock draft:
14th- trey murphy(the reason i pick murphy here is because wizards migth get him at 15)
16th-jared butler, mitchell(if available)or sharife cooper, a lot of fans disagree of picking mitchell at 7 because of his size so i think jared butler who is 6'4 can be a better option. Tbh if i were ask if who is the better overall player right now between mitchell and butler i would say butler because he is a better shooter, playmaker, handler and he is also a good defender. As for shariffe he can be a third option in pick 16. He is the chris paul of this draft, small, good playmaker, handler plus i think he already change his shot as i watch him at the combine and his defense is concerning but if he can defend like chris paul then im not really worried
18th-i want them to pick ziare williams, since the other picks are a little old, i think drafting a prospect at 18 is ok. Williams potential is like a livingston or PG type of player. He had a bad shooting year at stanford but his shooting mechanics looks good. If he can train with shaun livingaton to improve his midrange game then he can be a good scorer plus he is also a good defender just needs a little weight so he wont be punish by bigger guys.
Butler, poole, williams, murphy, wiseman young core seems pretty good and both butler and murphy can contribute right away because they are already got atleast 2 years of experience in college.
Trading the 7th pick for 16th and 18th might be stupid but if okc can either add bazle or dort in the package(which i think the thunder might do) then i think it will be worth it
Sharife doesnt fit with the golden state playstyle. The warriors love shooting 3s. Sharife is a decent shooter but definitely not the best.
