    In this video you'll discover the nootropics benefits of Vitamin B8 (Inositol). Including why we use Inositol as a nootropic, recommended dosage, side effects, clinical research, and the best type of Inositol to buy. This is an update to the video I made on Inositol several years ago.
    Inositol is a sugar alcohol and isomer of glucose. As a nootropic, inositol is involved in brain cell signaling, and is a component of cell membranes.
    Inositol is used in your brain as a “secondary messenger”. It facilitates communication between brain cells. All of your major neurotransmitters need inositol to relay messages.
    Inositol helps boost serotonin and dopamine receptor density. Improving the effectiveness of serotonin, GABA, glutamate and dopamine neurotransmitters in your brain.
    Inositol is often used along with popular antidepressant medications improving their effectiveness. Or sometimes even replacing SSRI’s in the treatment of depression, anxiety, panic attacks and OCD.
    Some neurohackers feel that supplementing with inositol is the best anti-depressant they’ve every used. The real beauty of inositol is you can safely combine it with the current antidepressant (i.e. SSRI) medication you currently take. Your antidepressant meds may work better!
    Inositol is a proven remedy for treating the symptoms of Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD). And inositol is an effective method of taming panic attacks.
    This in-depth updated Vitamin B8 (Inositol) review covers:

    Great! I didn’t know Inositol has nootropic value. I ‘ve been taking it to help not binge. After a year, I can tell that I’m seeing improvement still, getting better and better.

    Passionating. I took out the inositol powder from the closet. Will add it to the already very large (but only small amounts) non stim pre-workout (to which I add 1mg Sunifiram since I begun doing it every day (6months))

    Do you recommend inositol injections? If so-would that be best for someone with digestive issues-25-100mg/mL SQ or IM injection,thanks

      @NootropicsExpert  Před měsícem +1

      I am not an expert on injecting the B-Vitamins so cannot provide advice on whether it would benefit you or not. I think you'll find taking it orally will be just as effective because it is for most who try it.

    What do you think about IP6?

    • @NootropicsExpert
      @NootropicsExpert  Před měsícem +2

      IP6 is not digestible by people; in fact, it will chelate minerals in your gut, inhibiting their absorption. Only ruminant animals, such as cattle and sheep, that produce the enzyme phytase, are able to digest IP6.
