I'm doing this with a couple of friends for my high school. For our quarter grade, we have to do one of these for the class. I'm a trumpet player and I was wondering if any of you had some tips for making this song sound better. We are all really into music so we want to make this sound as good as possible.
I want to perchase your music do yo have PDF file?? and I have little curious about your arrangement. Its great. but I can't hear the melody. is it have another part of song or instrument??
I’ve been put the whole thing on Musescore and I plan to add more melodic lines to the trombone and put the cords from the beginning at the end to make it a more slow and meaningful end
I bet Chuck Daelenbach gets pretty bored of the modern song arrangements. at least with the classical stuff he regularly had a melody or something interesting to play
I feel like you could play the beginning of this piece in a high mass church and no one would notice it was Viva La Vida
I don't understand why such a well known group garners such a small amount of likes. I personally love almost everything on this channel!
I think because the channel doesn't have so much uploaded material... although it has some liked videos from thirds...
The tuning at 1:24
this arrangement is incredible - breathes new life into this song. can't stop playing it over and over...
3:03 when the french horn hits you with that👌 sound
Seabass Robertson y
yes
Thank you
As a horn player, I approve of this comment.
This is a fun piece to play. First time I performed this was with the Jollyville Brass in Austin. Definitely a favorite of mine.
2:33 blown away
Beautiful writing performed marvelously.
Best brass section in the world
Good luck with your performance!

Oh ,I'm sorry I just saw it is 'BASED BY..Viva la vida'
김종엽 it's in the description
Even more fantastic @ 1.25 speed.
I feel like the trombone would've worked better as a euphonium. But that's just me.
I don't think that the current trombone player ever doubles on euphonium.
I think the tempo is slightly too quick. Sounds great though
Where's the melody, why is it just the chords and background chorus?
yeah, I think they're basically background vocals. Perhaps that's why they feel more comfortable uploading this then theire good stuff
It's based on Coldplay's "Viva La Vida," which means it wasn't an exact cover, and frankly this sounds much better than the original.

Melody begins at 0:45.
I'm struggling to pick out the melody... I just sounds like the same thing over and over. :(
There's not really supposed to be a melody, it's supposed to sound like the song and the song repeats a lot
Hjhh
This is good, but doesn't really sound too much like Viva La Vida. Just playing chords with the rhythm.
Did you listen past the beginning?
Why do you keep re uploading this?
1st re-upload was for the updated thumbnail.
2nd was due to audio-video syncing issues.
Sorry Jackie, we had an issue with page turns timing correctly with the music.
french horn mistake at 1:28. Sorry for being that guy lol. Great performance
Sometimes you can't hit them all
Its supposed to be like that
im pretty sure thats intentional dissonance.
They make up for it at 3:03
