Mine sounds kinda basic but what I do is use the habitat forest trees to fill the empty space, as it's quick and actually looks really nice.
I like all of them especially the illusion of the MVU truck as a food truck

My favorite was the construction site filler. :)
My favorite 'space filler' idea was for a millitary park (or, Palaeoweapon Research and Development Installation). I turned off dinosaur threat and had Indoraptors wandering the park, the lore being that the Indos were trained security. Sniffing out contraband, subduing threats, even pulling people to safety if they get stuck in an accident. I filled the empty spaces with carnivore feeders, decorative trees, and added small ponds. Basically, I made a bunch of Indoraptor rest stops for them to have a break during their patrols
aaaaaaaaaand thats adorable. And terrifying. I mean imagine police using them as sniffer dogs and being the poor drug smuggler that gets spotted by an indo💀
I mean, the indoraptor in the official lore WAS intended for war, so it makes sense

Evo keeps me happy through the day
A few weeks ago, I finished a park that had a single aviary dome as a greenhouse for extinct plants in one of my own awkward spaces. On a semi-related note, my favorite of the guest attractions is the aquarium because I always use it as an implied exhibit either for "living fossils" like coelocanths, horseshoe crabs and alligator gar or for small extinct animals like trilobites and ammonites. In one of the parks I built last year, I dedicated the aquarium to an extinct fish called Harenaichthys because it lived in the Nemegt formation since the area was dedicated to Deinocheirus.
I love that little bit of extra story for the aquarium!
This video really came at the perfect time cause I was just filling the gaps with individually place able trees and the fluffy bush

Great ideas Evo. I myself use odd sections of my parks for 'historical memorials'. For example, in the Nublar 1993 map up by the waterfall area, I placed the original helipad and some historical looking buildings (rest of the park was JW themed) and buried them in foliage. I then created a little park/picnic area with trails leading through the woods to the old buildings. 'John Hammond Memorial Park' is what it's called, with his statue as a memorial to his original work. It also includes a river running through the area from the waterfall with a rough beach area for guests to do some swimming.
I also like to make security checkpoints around the park, especially behind carnivore areas where staff go to reload feeders and between guest sections and staff areas in general.

I love all these space filler ideas Evo, especially the Museum one, though I do definitely think we need more Lockwood Manor themed decorations before we can make a more authentic looking museum in the game, also I really want to go to the Museum of Natural History in London someday so I am so jealous of you right now.

Love the outpost idea, will definitely be using that! I also tend to incorporate a 'backstage' area for my dinosaur exhibits, including the hatchery and a little staff area behind said hatchery to give the illusion that every habitat would have it's own dedicated staff much like in a zoo. The hatchery becomes the barn for the dinosaurs at night and there will be a restroom, staff building and shelter in the area around it to really sell it.

I do “worker villages” a lot. With housing, “break rooms,” and things like pools (sorta like the beachside things in the video) or football pitches. Places where the staff who live and work there can go to relax and unwind away from park guests.

You could put a mini paleomedical facility in the gap like camp cretaceous
So I've been actually working on a park a few days ago and there was a part of it and where I thought it looked kind of plain so I added the mural from the 30th anniversary and used it as an outdoor movie theater and put a bunch of tables and chairs and a tent forever a cookout or a place to teach about dinosaur fossils and also some T-Rex and alamosaurus skeletons

Oh I love the food truck using the vet mobile unit! The "truck" decoration isn't doing it for me personally, but I love your solution!
I made a small operations area using the Malta decorations in an area that was useless. Around my hotels were areas specialised for the hotel types. Setups varied depending on locations around the park
I allways make goat petting zoos, and bird /wildlife santuarys.
Something I thought of fo th underground roller coaster is to use the monorail glitch to make it seem functional and add a big hill so it's like it just started and make sure the monorail the start of the rollercoaster

A good idea (is only small tho ) what if you put Hotels in spesific areas like just imagine there's diffrent hotel sections like a lagoon hotel or museum hotel and so it's like when you enter the park and get your ticket (so guards know that your booked m) and the booth person tells you like "your in the tyranosarus hotel" or "your in the VIP hotel and stuff like that.(like this it took for ever to do this).

if you got a space , build a shape out of the Malta walls or the barricades and then a small Dino like moros or lystro and then got a mini walk by enclosure

the purpose of see-through fences: just to stop people from entering the construction site
the purpose of closed fences: to also stop people from seeing "behind the curtain" and het people excited for what's to come by advertising the project

In my parks, I filled the blank space with TREE.
The Helipad sign is just a typo of Help/Aid if you think about it hard enough.
