    Today, I will finish the 2000W-24V inverter project. This inverter has peak power of 3000W. Continuous power 2000W at 24V.
    The EGS002 module is a very famous sine inverter module, it uses EG8010 chip and IR2113 driving IC. However, the EGS002 Module does not have low battery protection. IC IR2110 has a low current (~ 1A), it is very prone to failure. So I built this SPWM Module. It overcomes the disadvantages of the EGS002 module. It has low battery protection, overload protection, over voltage protection, over temperature protection. Use Totem pole drive TIP122 and TIP127. It can load current 5A. Therefore, you can build inverters up to 10KW with this SPWM module.
    I use the H Bridge. 8 mosfet HY4008W. Of course you can also use any N-Mosfet. HY4008W has voltage 80V, current 200A. Very suitable for my inverter.
    All my projects are open source. You need web browser to download file (I upload it to google drive), open the file with winrar on PC. I use EAGLE 6.6 to design the PCB.

    At least you've started doing serious project . its prudent to see you progress this much. I'm happy and indeed feel like its possible . we equally thank the almighty God for his care and healing of your lovely daughter. i think you should revisit your pic12683 sinewave inveter and see if there is possibility to use the indicator pin as a feedback for output voltage regulation.

      You need to use the EAGLE software to open the schematic file. The schematic file has an .SCH extension.

      chơi biến áp sắt này còn chạy điều hòa. con này full tải kéo 2 điều hòa 9K cũng đc. biến áp xung chỉ có xịt khói.

    Great project! Where do you get a transformer for this little money?!
    Transformers of this size are very expensive here in Germany. Only economic option is salvaging old ones and rewinding them...

      It increases the driving current. Mosfet will work more efficiently.

    I'm a bit confused - In description you mention "Continuous power 2000W at 24V", but in the schema there is 12 to 220V. So, the schema is about 12 or 24 V ?

    Ok i see that you hav output transformator. But transistors typ tip122 and tip127 not can transfer 10kW power to transformer. 4x5A= 20A, 20x24V= 480w
    Or I not can see fine from video link

      I use IR2110 to control Totem Pole Driver. To reach 10KW you need to use a voltage of 60V with 24 mosfet HY4008W (80V 200A). In this video I use 8 mosfet HY4008W working at 24V. 2KW capacity.

      Yes, you need the XL7015 module. It converts 48V into 12V for EGS002 and totempole driver. You can see the compact 48V version here czcams.com/video/ksk0an3RUfQ/video.html . I think you will solve your problem.

    Hello big Brother keep up the good work . I must tell you thatyour totem pole driver circuit works well. Can I use this totem circuit to drive up to 28 fets. 7 fets per side or what is the limited amount it can drive and would the LM7815 be adequate to run this amount. I appreciate your reply .       You will need additional relays and charging transformers, when the power is on, the relay will turn off the inverter and connect the charging transformer.

    I really enjoyed this project. I would like to make a 24V 1000 amp approx. booster for starting my tractors and large (125 kWh) generator on farm. These are over $1000 cnd. To buy here. Is this possible with this technology?

      use super capacitor. It will fulfill your request. Large starting current. And very durable.

    Very nice ! But the fuses on the DC input are no very useful. In a overload condition, one of the semiconductors will blow long before the fuse !
    I am very surprised you use TIP122 and TIP127 Darlington transistors. Those have over 2.0V voltgae drop. Yes they are inexpensive, but you would be much better off using MOSFETs in the final stage. It also requires less power to "turn on" a MOSFET.

    Inspired by your video I have Made the Same Inverter by downloading your files from the Link.
    All components is same as used by you but when I powered it up I'm getting "OverVoltage" Indication on EGS002 Board.
    To cross check I Checked EGS002 on breadboard I grounded VFB,TFB, IFB, VS1 & VS2 Pin to Ground. Then I checked but in the same case I'm again getting OverVoltage indication on EGS002 Board.
    Can you please help me out. ??
