If you compare Germany with the US, Germany is sex positive. But not as far as you mentioned. And in the risk to disillusion you, Germany does not look like this idealized historical "German" village in the video. Well, you might find villages with old houses in that stile. You'll not see naked people in the streets, maybe at some special beaches in the summer. But even there if some of them want to do significantly more than taking a sun bath, they won't do it in public. Don't never, ever, get the impression that this video shows how Germany really is. This was more than likely filmed in Bavaria, this has nothing in common with Hamburg, Lower Saxony, or anywhere else in Germany. We are not all sex mad, and you are missing the point of the video completely.
