    I love how much apple is in this. In the past I've used a Gisine Prado recipe and I think she calls for 14 or so. I think 12 sounds perfect.... Question - how far in advance can we prep the parts of the pie? I'm not going to be in my normal kitchen and the kitchen that I will be in is stocked with nothing - literally. So, can I make the crumble an crust a week before and keep them in the freezer or fridge?

      Crumble and crust can be made a month in advance if frozen and a about 3-4 days if just refrigerated. The apple filling can be made 2-3 days ahead of time 😊
