I have 2004 Chevy Silverado 2500 and would love something like this. My little cooler just doesn't keep up when I am pulling my trailer up the grades. Will this work for my truck?
It means your vehicle didn't have the tow package with the trans cooler. You can run rubber lines that go to the radiator trans lines, bypassing the radiator and go through the trans cooler. Or run a rubber line from radiator trans outlet to input on new cooler, the from outlet back to the return trans line. Only bypass radiator if you live in a warmer climate.

Do i need to flip the pill on my thermal bypass with this or is there no need?
There is no mention of this on the installation guide.
I have a 03 suburban 3/4 ton with the 4L80E tranny. With my model would the lines mount to the cooler or would i need different lines?
