Nice video. The 22 Pieces looked like it was in a very peaceful area, but seemed pretty expensive. The Miyako hotel seems to be in a perfect location. How is the noise from inside the room? Maybe you have to be on a higher floor to not hear the trains. I definitely want to visit Kyoto, just to see the world famous Tachibana SHS band! Love them

With regards to your query, based on my experience, you won't hear any noise from the train tracks. The hotel's soundproofing is excellent as you won't hear anything even if you are literally inside the train station. As you mentioned, the hotel's location is also perfect especially if you will use the train and buses a lot to tour Kyoto. It is also almost the sakura season already so it is a good time for you to visit! 😊

Agoda says that there is no air conditioning and no shower in the Tavinos hotel for a "1 bunk bed and 1 sofa bed and 3 single beds" room. Did your room have a/c ? thanks
Hi! Thank you for watching my video! With regards to your query, yes, the room I stayed in had a/c. As far as I know, all their rooms have a/c and shower/bathrooms. I tried to check the room you are referring to (1 Bunk Bed and 1 Sofa Bed and 3 Single Beds), and it seems like they are connecting rooms so you should have 2 bathrooms for your family/group. With regards to the a/c, Agoda might be referring to the a/c as heater/cooler because during winter, most hotels do not use the a/c for cooling. They either turn them off or use them for heating.
