I love watching your vlogs because our babies are only two days apart (Feb 19) and it’s so comforting to see you talk about what’s going on with Zeke and I can relate 100%. My son is also awake all morning, sleeps all day and wakes up around dinner. He’s also been needing the contact naps like crazy the last few days 😅😅

I loved the Last of Us, it's hard to watch when you think of the world that the children are born into, and especially that its 2023 in that storyline! It is really good that one of you can Work From Home, imagine trying to rely on family to take care of your baby when you're gone! Millions of others have to that so it's a blessing! The dreaded being left alone wen hubby returns to work! I feel you. Then u have a second baby and the anxiety is even worse cause how can u ever leave the house again with 2 kids! Well I now have 3 🤣 it all works out. Even with the 3rd tho I still had the hubby going back to work anxiety.
U find ur routine tho so quickly. You will be fine u got this ❤️

I’m 31 weeks pregnant and I know I will be fine but I had a freak out the other day and watching your videos relaxes me and makes me excited for my baby! How big was he when he was born? I am surprised you’re still using newborn sizes as opposed to 0-3 months. Everyone tells me they grow out of it so fast or they don’t even fit initially. Guess it depends on the baby! I hope I have enough newborn size stuff! Haha

Just wanted to put a message on here and say I 1000% know the feeling you are having about you husband returning to work, I was in the exact same position with my newborn and learnt a few things (the hard way unfortunately!) but hope its okay I shared them with you!
1) fresh air! make sure you get this each day - even if its for 5mins
2) have NO expirations of yourself, its okay if the house isn't clean or you feel like you haven't 'done' anything for the day - because you've kept your baby alive and that's all that matters!
3) ask for help! I was in a position were I didn't and it was a massive detriment to my mental health in the end (I'm all good now)
You've so so got this mama and your doing an amazing job!! and your right it so does go fast! little baby Zeke makes me want a newborn again!.

Is your husband a firefighter? Curious bc of the work schedule you mentioned.. my husband is a firefighter & he’s gone for 2 days at a time also. His first tour back was today & I’m so sad about it. But I’m definitely managing w a newborn, toddler & 6 year old 😅
