Drama and Rune on the thumbnail. Just perfect.
Rune hit it straight at Musetti at the net, so he can't complain when the smash gets hit at him
Slow down to x0,25 at 02:01 and Check Sheltons Racket movement. He holds his racket still for the volley then corrects the movement after Contact because he saw its insufficient. Rough mistake by the umpire imo…
Idk why people get so upset by getting hit by the ball.
The same reason they are upset getting hit in the balls.
@@javenue wait what? I don’t understand what you’re trying to say at all. I’ll say this…John McEnroe says all the time that if you’re opponent is at the net then you should go directly at them, that will make them think twice about approaching the net. I concur. If you don’t want to get hit, don’t approach the net.
goffin knew he lied, a dummy
But what are you going to do, it is a close match he won’t give him a free point, he will just play it coi
@@Johnmili4565 yeah but its unsportsmanlike - clearly knew he wouldn't make it so should've been honest in that situation
@@aduncan520
The fact is that the sports officials make the calls, NOT THE PLAYERS. Not even Venus & Serena would talk to each other during singles matches versus each other❕And by the way, the precedent and standard is that as long as the opponent gets a racquet on the ball they replay the point. 🤔💭Think about it in the same high pressure circumstances if the roles were reversed and be honest about it, Bublik would have done THE SAME THING! 🤷🏽♂️ He would have used the situation to get another crack at the point. Most players in that situation would do not too much on my Frenchie, Goffin. 😏
@@aduncan520 It's actually unsportsmanlike to talk to the other player. In fact it's against the rules. Goffin didn't need to talk to him at all.
Again, some dramatic moments 🙄🥺😲🤔
I understand why Wolf thought it was a double hit, but Shelton reacted as if the ball was gonna clip off the net. To double hit it like Wolf described (with intent) is near impossible (if not entirely).
Yeah I agree, I think that was a natural flinch reaction from Shelton
He touches it once as his racket is going back, then the ball stops and he pushes it back. its hard to see in real time and maybe it wasnt intentional but in this case he should have lost the point so Wolf was right
@@bestcommentator_”If it was one continuous motion, without a second intentional swing or push, then it is a legal shot even if it hit your racquet twice in the one swing.” It may have been a second push, but was not intentional, thus the point is still granted to Shelton.
@@bestcommentator_ Sir, you do not know the rules. If it's a continuous motion it can hit the racket twice. It just can't be two swings. Wolf was saying it was two swings, the umpire said it's my judgement that it wasn't. She doesn't have the luxury of replaying it back at 0.25 speed, and in the moment she made the best call she could.
There is a big difference between double hit and double touch, and it is usually the hitter (i.e., Sheldon here) call. Not sure why Wolf made a big deal.
Think ADF gave Kotov middle finger too at handshake, annoying player
lmao why do players take it waaaaay to seriously when a ball is played at them😂
As a player myself, it’s almost instinct. It’s like someone insulting you on the street or something - it has no effect but something chemical in your brain just switches on and you get pissed
Could have left out the whole Eubanks match ..
What? With that 3rd set TB? I know you're trollin'...
@@johnt.4947 The first 4 took 3.5min, then boring points with Eubanks for a whole 3 minutes? I didn't even watch till the tiebreak.
Вы бы знали, что Бублик говорил в перерывах матча с Гоффеном... Там столько русских плохих слов.
When will Rune learn that Karma is a Bi***
Beating the sweet Lorenzo 6-4 7-5. Karma?
I love it when an umpire says..."It's my judgment call" and then it's a bad judgment call. They never acknowledge nor apologize.
Because they don’t have to apologize. It IS their judgement call. Some of the rules clearly states it’s an umpire’s judgement.
Are tennis players getting soft because with davidovich fokina it’s a legit strategy to go straight at your opponent but it’s your fault if you get hit if there’s no open spaces just aim for your opponent
That part!! It will discourage the opponent from coming to net. John McEnroe says it’s a very good strategy to go directly at an opponent.
BWEEEH!!!
BEN SHELTON VOLLEY HAD NO IRREGULAR CONTACT... CORRECT THE TITLE at 1:25
It doesn't matter that much what was written, man. 🙂
why’re men such sissies in tennis nowadays.. the women don’t even make as big of a deal with getting hit, unfair calls, etc…
Chokovic was destroyed, humbled and owned by the young Spanish Matador Carlos Alcaraz! Novak has no fans! 🤣🤣
23 slams bud
Why are tennis fans acting worse then kpop fans these days? Just like what players you want without putting down others. Is it really that difficult to do for some people??
@@mountaineersportsandgaming2688 Apparently
Even though I am a Fedal fan, still, you gotta respect Novak for his achievements and mental strength.❤
@@mountaineersportsandgaming2688That's basically the whole personality of some people on the internet these days. Instead of focusing on the positive aspects of the things they like, they are attacking the likes and beliefs of others, calling them overhyped and overrated, as if there was such thing as "right and wrong" in music taste, favourite athletes etc., and by doing so apparently thinking their opinion is the "right one".
