finally got the rear bumper installed it was a lot easier then i thought but time comsuming

wrench
impact
15mm
18mm
21mm
vise grips
heat gun
needle nose pliers

Dude would you know how to remove the plastic part on the rear bumper where you stick the jack tool to put down the spare?? I want to paint the rear bumper but i cant take off that piece.. Im stuck

Hey I had a body lift on my truck but sold it and now the bumper is sitting too high. What do I need to loosen/adjust to make it go down and sit flush on the hitch?

There just the bolts that hold it on to the bed but really a body lift shouldn't even do anything to the bumper unless someone messed with those bolts
