- 80 g uncooked Kritharaki
- 150 g tomatoes
- 150 g cucumbers
- 1 small red onion
- Dill, chives/spring onions, parsley
- 50 g light feta
- Herb salt*, salt, pepper
*Dressing:*
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 3 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp water
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
