I have a Japanese shadow box that has a marking and horses that are 3D rice paper. I paid $3 at a thrift store. I would do research if i knew the art technique.

If I understand your question, I believe that is the covering for my loupe. The loupe hinges back into its silver cover.
@@DrLoriV - Thank you . I thought it was a whistle at the bottom of the blue lanyard lol . What I was referring to looks like it's actually clipped on your sweater up top , near your cross necklace . It has a light on it and is rectangular in shape .

I'm looking at a lamp It is stained glass But it appears like a long tube of paper around where the light bulb is supposed to be screwed in you know like a toilet paper roll that goes over the Metal part where the light bulb goes end so what's with that what would that beat that back to

I have miles of antique lamps and fixtures no one cares to buy them at dirt cheap prices, buffalo ny has no class or taste.
Open your market to the world, use the same internet that you are reading this. I was just in Buffalo, NY doing appraisals.
