Well I just bought a small portion of crab legs and didnt really know what I should do next! i never really buy them bc the whole task of how to do it sucessfully becomes daunting for me, but gloree! you are a blessing i am a new subby n i just put them in the oven. cant wait to see how they come out. i dont have those tools ive seen at the grocers to crack with, cant find my makeshift- make- do pliers (lol) so tried cutting 3 of them as you did but got tired and put the others in whole..i shall update my results. Hey Thanks for the motivation I was so disappointed with the flavor of crab legs I got in this seafood trio I got at a local restaurant I am a cook myself but it was my birthday and I just wanted to chill and enjoy some food but these were so bland so I was thinking of doing a butter sauce for them and of course the sauce I'm going to do is very similar but I think I'm going to chopped up green onions instead of a garlic flavor with the butter and oldbay but I love watching other people cook what I'm about to cook for motivation and new ideas Thanks again 🤎

I had to watch this twice, I missed the time and temp. I catch my own Dungeness crab and boil them as soon as I get home then freeze them. I assume your store-bought crab is also pre-cooked? 20 minutes seems like the meat would be over cooked in mine so I will drop the temp and time a bit? When I re-heat I also started cutting the legs, it allows the spices to get into the meat. I have a couple crabs left in the freezer and plan on trying this recipe. It just looks and sounds so much better than mine!! Thank you!
Snow crab just went on sale for 7.99 a lb, so I purchased 2 lbs. Was curious to know if there were other ways of preparing them than boiling and came across your video. I feel more comfortable making them in the oven now. Hope mine turns out as delicious as yours. Thanks:) New subby!❤
So I have it a shot. Not bad. Crabs broke very easy. The minced garlic was dominate in taste for me. So I think I will try again with more Cajun seasoning and crab boil.
