SubhanAllah so beautiful to see ahlusunnah together and the dawah getting stronger. 15 years ago when islam was getting attacked vehemently on the mainstream media, internet and i first heard about people apostating, i never imagined things would turn around like this. Truly a sign this religion is from Allah and will never be defeated.

Atleast sheikh is conveying the message and is successful in his dawah and all you can do is mock be ashamed Akhi and seek forgiveness for your ignorance, you see that you are a problem in the Ummah causing division when the sheikh is doing such a great job of giving dawah in America, I live in Walsall where sufism is prevalent and they do not achieve any success in dawah, they are not focused on it, instead they are more focused on collecting funds for the mosque to keep on building it, while the people within their communities suffer, people are hungry, prices are going up, joblessness is rising, but they do nothing to engage or serve their community, instead they send letters asking for funds to expand the mosque, a mosque thathas 8-9 people attending for prayer. Green lane masjid have a functioning food bank , community engagement and give dawah all across the Midlands, I don't see jammat Al islami, sufis or any of them do such things, oh yea they collect thousands of funds for milaad to do a march and block traffic, cause a nucence in the area and feed well fed people while homelessness is on the rise, your doing a great job 👍..

Some Christian missionaries could not accept the article’s evidence that Rebecca was married off at a very young age. As such, we aim to give more crucial evidence from the Bible and earliest sources on Rebecca’s true age at the time of her marriage.
We explained and established in previous piece a number of facts:
1. Sarah gave birth to Isaac at the age of ninety (Genesis 17).
2. Isaac was in his thirties when the incident of Mount Moriah occurred with his father, Abraham (Genesis 22).
3. Immediately after Isaac and Abraham’s incident on Mount Moriah, Rebecca is born (Genesis 22).
4. As soon as Rebecca’s birth is mentioned in Genesis 22, few verses down (next chapter), we read that Sarah died at the age of 127 years old (Genesis 23:1-3).
5. At the time of Sarah’s death, Isaac would be have been 37-years-old.
6. Isaac married Rebecca at the age of 40 (Genesis 25:20), this would show from the Bible that Rebecca was only three years old, given that she was only born three years prior, just after the Mount Moriah incident and the death of Sarah.

With the above in context, we also provided many ancient to contemporary scholars and sources that agreed that Rebecca was married at a very young age, three years old exactly as the scholars said.
In this piece, we will try look at certain verse from Genesis account closer to see and establish from scholars what the age of Rebecca was when she was married off.
We showed from the previous piece that the incident on Mount Moriah (Genesis 22 to 23) and the death of Sarah occurred simultaneously.
How do we know that that these incidents all happened simultaneously, how do we know this? Well let’s look at the following verse:
“Sarah lived 127 years; these were the years of the life of Sarah. And Sarah died in Kiriatharba-the same is Hebron-in the land of Canaan; and Abraham CAME to mourn for Sarah, and to weep for her.” - Genesis 23:1-2
This verse shows that Abraham was absent when Sarah died. Abraham was not by Sarah’s side.
Some have speculated and claimed that Abraham was just a few feet away in another tent, this does not have support from the Bible nor any early historical record. We know that Abraham was absent, but where was he?
Abraham was in Beersheba when he heard that Sarah died and later came to bury her in Hebron. This shows that the sequence of events leading from Mount Moria incident, to the birth of Rebecca and the death of Sarah happened in around the same time

Although the br uthman don't know it (which he will if he was to read my comment) he opened my heart to the truth. I was born into the Christian triune tradition and was even baptized into the faith. A long story short, I left the church and I'm no longer associated with that belief. I've been reading the Quran (the english translation) and I'm thoroughly surprised of its content as you could imagine nothing I was told about the Islamic faith was true. I still have a long way to go BUT the more I read the Quran (english translation) the more my heart accepts the teaching of the Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him) with Allah's SWT promission I'll come to accept Islam as he is already guiding me to the truth.

All Praise are due to Allah SWT for giving me chance to meet Sh. Uthman at Green Lane Mosque. The Mosque was packed out.
Also saw Shaykh in Birmingham town centre. Sh. Uthman had a beautiful debate with some Afro Caribbean brothers (Christians). Sh. Uthman was asking afterwards if anyone had recorded the debate. If anyone has, plz somehow send it to OMF so the footage can be posted so people can learn and see Truth from falsehood.
