You deserve the "Best Workmanship Award". What a pleasure!
Really enjoyed watching your video. I liked several of your techniques and plan to copy them when I get around to making mine.
This is amazing ! 👍👍👍
Perfect job. Congratulations 👌.
Good work. We shared this video in our homemade tools forum this week :)
Great work! For me, I think I'll buy a kiln. I have the time, and the tools, but I think it'll be cheaper to pimp a high school/ college reject off a surplus website.
I would like to have electricity as my furnace fuel but I'm not confident that I could get the element right.. However I will definitely be using many of the other ideas shown in the brilliant build.
Great job BRO.thank's.
Thank you

Hello Well done and thank you for your work. STP Possible with this REX C100, to stop heating before reaching high temperatures? , Thank you for your answers
Hello! What is the diameter of the tube you use to coil the wire?
What's the difference in this specific Kanthol? Is that just a brand name? What do you think of Monel or Inconel element which should be able to melt copper all while staying in the same phase?
Hello interesting to use a voltage regulator what is the total resistance of your element and the maximum temperatures you can achieve ?
Can u make induction metal melting furnace
How long did your heating coil last 'cause it looks like a lot of work to replace it?
Salutations. I noticed that every time I mount the new resistance the fuse in the circuit blows then when I turn it on for about 20 minutes (direct connection to the mains without the fuse) I can reassemble the fuse and everything works fine. Why blows the fuse when the resistance is new ??
Great build! Very clean and professional result. (and cudos for your video producing skills)
Could I ask what material the wire you coiled and used as heating elements is made of?
Eurofehral analogue Kantal A1

That's a great design am curious about that PID how well it works for that cheap of a price? I have one from Amazon and it fluctuates in the ~ 30 degree range is that one more accurate? Has autotune? Thanks for the video you earned a subscriber!
Did you auto-tune with the device loaded with the the quantity of material you would normally be heating? I use one of the cheap ones for a brewing kettle and I get a 3 to 5 degree fluctuation. I think it can be improved a bit further with manual adjustments but I cant really be bothered.
I ended up playing around with it more and just had to increase all the PID settings by a lot more than I thought, into the hundreds and it actually works great now even though it's the cheapest one I could find. But the auto tune setting never did work at high temp 1000+ it might be okay for lower @@nrml76
how hot can this get?
wiring diagram?
C° ??
Please send me wiring diagram
Does this use 120V or 240V?
You can see 233V on video at 11:07.
tabi dimmerle onu da belirtin yoksa o kadar kalın ve kısa bir kanthal a1 kavrulur
