Pretty much. You can adjust the command though and set permissions to only allow you to execute the command.

yes it works! I use v13 and all I did was put
' client.user.setAvatar('mygifLINKHERE').catch((error) => { console.log(error.message); });'
inside my client.on ready event! This is cool!
