He writes his own songs which are phenomenal and he creates simple beautiful arrangements himself, and he plays and sings beautifully- the high high high majority of artists have co-writers or ghost writers and can’t do an arrangement to save their lives, let alone sing well without auto tune lol

Oasis were jerks when they were young; but if you're counting hits, character doesn't enter into it. I'll take their music and leave the tantrums.

He makes me feel like there are still prophets among us. I met him once after a show he did in my home town, he was a very quiet but incredibly genuine person.
