Wow this home is absolutely massive! Has built in closets, tall ceilings, plenty of space to entertain...what more could you ask for? Not to mention the pool. I love outdoor living so that does it for me! The huge windows near the fireplace hit as well. The double island is luxe and the custom hood and floating shelves alongside the subway tile look clean and timeless.

There is a few things I looks at when buying a home.
1) Kitchen
2) Size of the bedrooms
3) How close am I to my neighbors.
4) how big is the backyard..
5) how many bathrooms..Two plus bathrooms are needed..

I think the home is lovely. Just feels like your being smothered in beige . I like a little color. I love the Kitchen that’s my dream kitchen. What I never understood is why pay so much money for a home with no land or woods pond something. That’s a lot of money to live so close to others. Maybe that’s just the country girl in me 🤦♀️
One thing you got to remember is every color goes with beige you decorate with throw pillows pictures pieces of furniture that's where your color comes in, that's what I see on decorator shows and it's got to pool in the backyard you don't need more than that.

This is one of the cities I would consider leaving fort Lauderdale, fl for and it looks like I just found my new house
IF I hit the Lotto for the right amount I might buy one of these homes they have on the market and do my BEST to get my kids on a regular basis . Thing the first time around didn't go so well for me . Went from fave son in law to lower than a snake in the snap of a finger overnight it seems . Now that I'm much older I miss my kids more than ever .
That kitchen and dining is so spectacular that the tour guide had to circumference the area nearly 5 times. Surrre... you had to go thru it to reach another area of the home. Lol!😂
