Put one together today you might like. 5 Each: Swing Cleans, Front Squats, Strict Press, Burpee Pushup to Row. 2 mins on. 2 Mins rest. 6 Sets. Pair of 28Kg. 3 Minute Bonus of 5 Snatches to Waiter’s Walks, 5 2KB Snatches to Rack Carries, 5 Snatches to Farmer’s Walks. It wasn’t 2 32Kg, but the double 28Kg kicked my ass just fine.

It's called 5-4-3-2-1. 32 minutes workout.
4 rounds every 8 minutes 1 kettlebell whatever weight feels right. I do 40#.
50 swings 25/25 or both hands
40 jump rope
30 snatches 15/15
20 front squats 10/10
10 sit ups
I alternate hands every 5 snatches but you can do it however feels right.
Rest time is remainder of the 8 minutes. Hope you like it.
