If he didn't think it was the 180, my next guess would be maybe from his angle he thought your hand went in front of the muzzle when you drew on the move? Looked clean from this angle, but maybe on his side he saw something different. Will be interested to hear about this!
@Baldcurious what?? The holster??? I mean, after the pistol is drawn, I guess the empty holster is a real danger to everyone!! That's actually ridiculous. Not surprised tho, always new rules to trip people up. Now we know!!
Im gonna bet it was 10.5.16. Drawijg handgun while facing or moving uprange while holster is pointed past 90 degrees of median or back stop. And if you watch close you turned your body past the 180 line while drawing the pistol. Also this isnt a new rule. Been around for a few years. I was at a major a few years ago and a few people got DQ'd for it. Everyone wanted to run across shooting area and daw while doing it. It was actually called out in the safety brief before you started the stage that if you do it they will DQ you.
@Baldcurious well maybe if you are going to play a game you SHOULD read the rule book. How would you know of the scoring calls are correct? Or if you can or can't do something that is advantageous to you? Or if an RO made a bad call. I'll never understand the point in playing a game and not knowing the rules.
Are they policing the foot box that hard you can't step on the line? I don't see anything bad, really.. except that sideways arrangement always drives me crazy when I run into it. I prefer the other shooters and stuff be behind the shooters as much as possible instead of off to the side. Other than the foot trespassing onto the tape I don't know. Unless they want you to draw while you're not running maybe? You said stupid rule, so those are the only two I can think of in this situation.
@@joshuabaker5712 true, that's what I'd think too. But the only clue we got was "stupid new rule"... So that seemed a fair candidate. Idk what otherwise. unless he looked like he flagged himself or something from the ROs point of view... Who knows. We'll find out tomorrow, same bald time, same bald channel.... Stay tuned!

It was the holster breaking 180 when I drew the gun. Stupid rule 😀

The front of the holster was past the 90° when drawing and going up range. 10.5.16.
Bingo , what a stupid freaken rule , not to mention it's hard to see from ROs position , but guess learned something new :)

@joshuabaker5712 yeah,one of those days 😀
Looked clean to me
I watched this 5 times and I don't see where the gun was pointed off range. Maybe stop hitting on his wife 🤷♂️
Bad call. He thought your muzzle on the draw and first few steps broke the 180 but it didnt.
Nope ,that wasn't it. Gun never broke 180
Left had went foreword of the gun barrel?
Nope

Foot fault wouldn't be a DQ.

What was the reason he gave you for doing that??
Stupid new rule I guess , wasn't breaking 180 with the gun .
I'll explain in next video
Boo!!!
