Obviously, it appealed to a lot more than 5% of the population. If he's never heard it before, that's his problem. Do what's best for you. Stop, don't stop. It's fine. You do know you can back it up a few seconds for a start of a verse or guitar lead, etc. after you make an insert comment. That works for many music reactors. Pausing helps w/ copyright compliance.
