Anguilla is still on my travel list. I travelled to the Seychelles solo recently and loved it!
I miss Anguilla 🥰 had the pleasure of enjoying the island for almost a month. 🥰 While I stayed at many of the wonderful accommodations and enjoyed the calm beaches, what stuck with me the most - the people! Amazing place Incredible people

Definitely wasn’t feeling that 15% & 13% service & goods tax on every bill. I love anguilla & this was my 2nd time there but the taxes is kind of a turn off. We ordered 2 appetizers (conch fritters), 2 snappers, 2 drinks. Bill was $200. I know it’s not the locals fault tho.
It’s making it quite difficult to visit more often but we still go because Anguilla brings out the best in us all 😉
great video as always , we will be spending 3 weeks in SXM in March and we are planning to go spend a day or two in Anguilla to play mini golf hahaha ;)

We’ve been here since January 4 & we’ll be staying until the 10th. We”re headed to Anguilla on Tuesday. Looking forward to our day trip. Thanks for the information. I will be visiting Anguilla next week for a week. I noticed the GST tax on the 20 Knots restaurant as I was making reservations yesterday. I will check out the Spa as I didn’t have it on my itinerary. Savi and Sunset Lounge are on my to-do list.

Thanks for the video. Just to point out that Lode Vole means nothing in Italian. The correct word is “lodevole”, I.e., just a single word, which means “praiseworthy”. Ciao :)

Are there any other ferry services that run past 530pm? Planning on going to St.Martin and take a ferry over to Anguilla however I don’t know if I’ll have enough time if the return ferry is at 530

The ferry ride is more affordable and is just 20 to 30 minutes. Take the ferry.

It’s a topic I know nothing about. My channel is about travel. Your best bet is to contact the Anguilla Immigration department. I’m of no help here.
The leadership in Anguilla and the BVI must be talking. Everytime I go to the British Virgin Islands there’s a new tax or a hike in previous taxes 😢

Love Anguilla but the extra fees are annoying and confusing. There are all the taxes and most restaurants add a service charge and then expect extra gratuity. Would be so much more pleasant if all the prices included taxes and service charges and additional gratuity was not expected. Makes going out and vacationing so much easier.
My wife and I really want to take a day trip during our St. Martin stay! What's the most affordable way to get from St. Martin to Anguilla?

I Live in Anguilla. You will pay $30 per trip on the Marigot Ferries. Leaving from SXM there is a $5 Departure tax. Leaving from Anguilla the price for the ferry is the same but the tax is $23. There are Private charters as well.

@@th3m0rg Same taxes but the rates go based on your needs for the boat. Trust me it's worth it when you get here!
