How to Adjust Liftgate Height in the Ford Explorer

My wife and the mother in law borrow the car this last weekend. And it came back with the door stuck halfway upon activating. I was not happy. You saved my marriage ...LOL

Worked like a charm. I was so frustrated that it recently only went up halfway. Now it opens as high as I want!
