- Installing a kingpin and bushing kit in a Yamaha G14 which is the same for G2-G20. Sorry about the audio and noise I'm not sure what was going, it sounds windy and there was no wind but atleast you can see what to do

Hi Rudy - I'm need to order a king pin kit for my G19, did you get yours off Amazon? Any tips or troubles that you had to pass on? Is yours electric? I did a successful conversion of my G19 to Lithium if you're interested in that. My email is MrJamesMorgan@comcast.net - send me an email if so and I can send you the info. Also did shocks but found the front replacement shocks were longer than the originals and gave me big time positive camber - wheels looked like this \ /. Maybe it was because I needed new king pins though? Why did you replace your king pins? Mine is kind of wobbly and does not ride true - it rides with a very noticeable bump/bump/bump as it goes down the road. So I'm going to give the king pins a try, mine is a 2001 and I've never done it thus far so I'm sure it needs it regardless. I wish there was a G19 facebook group to share stories/ideas/fixes/etc. Jamie

At 3:20 - After watching when you disassembled it, I think you put the new dust cap on upside down in this assembly video. What do you think?
I rechecked the video and if i remember correctly the rubber will only fit the one way good. The grooves all ligned up this way
