Barsaloi farmers exporting Aloe Vera to China

Aloe vera farming is becoming the mainstay of farmers in Barsaloi, Samburu County who took a chance with the crop. Their product portfolio increased after they were sponsored by the Kenya Wildlife Service on a value addition tour to Baringo County. Their fortunes changed when they leveraged e-commerce and gained access to the Chinese market.
