Truck Wheel Wash by Tranzwash in Australia

Truck wheel wash and underbody wash for the Sydney Port Botany container expansion project by Laingorourke. This truck wheel wash is a drive through fully automatic with a built in sludge conveyor system. This truck wheel wash is above ground and No Civil works required, just add the generator for power and water supply to top up the sump tank 3000 litres. This unit can be custom built up to 20 metres long.

The watching starts when the first wheel of the the vehicle is leveling the washing deck. In the Video you can see clearly that often the front wheels are no fully washed. This mean also the the underfloor in]s not washed too. There mast be only one photocell or switch at the end of the washing deck. Two photocells are necessary one at begin and one of the end of the washing deck to cover the whole vehicle from start to end. There is also no run-down of the washing deck to clear the dirt from the deck.

In a good wheelwash you don't have to stop the vehicle and drive and stop. Driving and stoping with an 50 tons truck is not good. In a good wheelwash the truck doesnt have to stop. And as Bernhard says; the front is not washed good. Akis his reaction is a mistake. There is no problem with engines and gearboxes. I am working with wheelwash machines since 1993.
