Paranormal investigators are headed to Oregon, Portland, to find out more about the notorious Shanghai Tunnels underneath the Old Chinatown in Oregon. The new part of the tunnels is believed to be plagued by paranormal activity, which has left the builders unwilling to work there. Jack Osbourne and Katrina Weidman visit the museum owner and experience strange phenomena in the tunnels, which gets verified by a psychic medium.

The tunnels under the couch street fish house.... My father used to work the billard parlour that was there before the restaurant in 1930. The tunnels were still operating.

4:00 I've been in an Opium den. Years ago. Then we left the area. Got so high, the air turned bright silver around me. Or ,maybe it's actually silver, but usually we can't see that. IDK. But it wasn't like Mushrooms or sumptin. It was there, I could make it move a little. In between a Smokey haze and an energy field.

So nothing changed but the scenery. Salem, OR has the same History, of stamping out the past, but its been so covered up by the bureaucracy, politicians and there families that have lived there for generations going back to the 1800s, that with the Flood of February 8th 1996, its empowered them to further hide more, and fill them in and replace the history with those eye sore modern buildings, including the river front. Now the few places you can see can only be pinpointed by the purple glass cubes and the old buildings that remain via their basement areas that were converted and house shops or modern sewage, power and gas lines and plumbing.
As far as the ghost tours there in Portland, I caught someone that worked for one of those "tour guide" things hiding in an area and tossing pebbles at people to spook them. I and a friend snuck away and hid about 10 feet from the hoaxer and started making incoherent whispering sounds to spook the guy. IT WAS AWESOME! LOL
