It’s so interesting to see every soapers technique on swirling I must of watched your older videos 100 times LOL.. so cool how you just emulsify the soap when you swirl.

Great video! Thank you for the tip about pouring 1 high, 1 medium and 1 low. I have used this technique in my molds but never thought to also do it when I do an ITPS. Makes total sense, just never occurred to me!

@KnitandCrochetHeaven Good luck on your soap! I never wait 24 hours to cut mine, but I force gell, and it is quite hard 6-8 hours after made. I would love to see pictures!

This is in response to the layers soap (I press the wrong button and your comment went poof! But no, when layering cold process soap, you do not need, and should not spray between layers.

That orange and yellow colors are very vibrant. I made my first 6 color in the pot swirl last night at 1:30 am. I followed the instructions on your 6 color swirl video. This would have turned out so beautiful if I had used enough colors for each color but it will still turn out kind of pretty. This was my first CP. I had stuff everywhere! I will cut it at 1:30 am tonight. I might have put a little too much silk in the lye but the loaf is still hard.

@dudley3183 Well, I didn't force Gel, but I'm sure I moved it along a bit. I did put it in the oven on 200 for 10 minutes and left it in there. That may be enough to force gel, not sure, but I'm slightly concerned with my scent eventhough My box has a sealed top that it reached its flashpoint. I don't even know if this old metal bread box with a home made liner worked.
