    One of the best ways to balance your hormones is to relax and de-stress. Not only that, but it helps maintain your weight too. Restorative yoga, like this class offers, helps with hormone balancing by relaxing your endocrine system where your adrenal glands and thyroid rule. This is super important as you enter menopause because it helps your hormone system transition more smoothly than if you were to go full speed ahead with your regular stressful life. Along with some restorative yoga poses, I also share some pranayama breathing techniques to help cool the body during hot flashes and a loving mantra that you can repeat any time of the day.

    Oh my gosh, thank you. I did this routine last night before bed for the first time, and - for the first time in weeks (months maybe) - I slept for 5+ hours straight. For months, I had been waking up every hour or two with hot flashes, and having a terrible time going back to sleep, so to get 5+ hours of uninterrupted sleep is extraordinary. The only bad thing was that I was so excited about sleeping for 5+ hours that I couldn't go back to sleep. Hopefully, it'll happen again tonight and I'll be ready for it and have some tools to go back to sleep. THANK YOU.

    Thank you so much, my body is very weak and it is hard to find exercises to help me that I can do for balancing hormones, menopause is difficult with adrenal fatigue, so easy to follow and I love the extra information.
