    Nice clear video. Does the T110 probe have a low impedance setting for finding ghost voltages?

    • @stupot_64
      @stupot_64 Před 4 lety +3

      Pressing the round buttons on the main unit and probe together reduces the impedance from 200KΩ to 7KΩ.

    How is possible to measure rotating field by measuring between phase and neutral? Between two phases indicator for rotating field is not active but usually it should be.

    is there a voltage phase tester that tells you also what phase is it like Ph-A, Ph-B, or Ph-C?

      These Flukes are very safe, everyone in the trade can confirm.. still using a separate proving unit is the law in most countries

    Why is it that every time I see someone reviewing some multi-meter or scope of sorts they have 100 scopes/meters in the background?

      Unfortunately that is an operational workbench. At the time it was the only place I could do the review. We have grown a lot since then and I now use a small office space for my videos.

    Are those gloves electrician insulated gloves or can we use any gloves?

    • @EvioneElectronics
      @EvioneElectronics  Před 6 lety +5

      The ones I used are semi insulated. They just guard against accidental contact and such. I suggest proper insulated gloves and an inspection of your leads and meter before testing any high energy circuits.

    In Germany it is mandatory for professionals to check with such devices if the circuit is disconnected and save.

      No - I mean that it is simply not allowed and common to use a Multimeter to check power circuits as Professional Electrician (commercially) .

      +Stratos Vasilas make sure its ac and it displays 230/120v while being connected to both neutral and phase. If it then does not work contact fluke or the retailer.

    • @koffibanan3099
      @koffibanan3099 Před 7 lety +1

      Rotation only applies to three phase power. To determine phase rotation, you press the probes at two different phases and by holding the plastic body you provide a capacitive coupling to ground. That's how the meter is able to determine the phase sequence without hooking up three wires as the traditional little rotational testers do.
      When he was measuring from phase to ground the 'L' did light up, but that has no significance, you need to measure phase to phase. Same deal when he was measuring the socket outlet.

      @@AfricanSouthernCross exactly. Basically you can touch ie. single detached wire and see if has continuity etc. Tester will show and beep rapidly if has. Obviously useful in ie. 24vdc circuit when checking for ground points etc.
