    Linen sheets are a great option if you’re looking for a material that’s cooling, durable, and just looks great. Linen is incredibly versatile. It’s going to keep you cool in the summer, but also warm in the winter. And it’s also a really sustainable fabric, too.
    Linen sheets and duvets offer a laid-back, yet sophisticated vibe. They look great with just about any decor, and exude a sense of luxury. Though they’re higher-priced than cotton sheets, they are durable and should last several years if cared for properly!

    I'd never really understood the appeal of linen sheets, but you've changed my mind! The Silk + Snow Flax Linen sound fantastic - especially with the 100-day trial!

    I am a huge fan of linen. I prefer a slightly heavier weight. Every night I am amazed by how wonderful they feel and look. Do have the GSM of each of these brands? Curious about the weights.

    Will linen snag from pet nails?

      In my experience no, but I do make sure they aren’t too rough on the bed. Also they’ve tried to sneak hard chew toys on the bed and those have snagged. Had to replace some linen due to that.

    What is stone wash

    • @timjon1122
      @timjon1122 Před rokem +2

      They are washed with stones to basically damage the fabric thus fraying it and making it feel softer. It is a really dumb thing to brag about with linen... If you want super soft, then there are already a ton of options for sheets that breath and wick moisture well such as bamboo or eucalyptus sheets. There really is no need to artificially add years of damage to the sheets before you even sell them.

      @Tim Jon can you recommend me any brands that don't stone wash the sheets, or damage the material, before it is sold? I'm looking to buy asap and don't know much about linen. Thanks

    • @timjon1122
      @timjon1122 Před rokem +1

      @@zero450571 I don't have enough knowledge to recommend anything to you. You'll probably have to go to a European brand to have a shot at getting non-stonewashed linens. They take quite awhile to wear in and get "soft", but they also last several decades so maybe finding a used set would be easier.

      @@timjon1122 bought and tried them all, bamboo/viscose sheets don't hold a candle to the linen sheets as far as comfort and wicking. bamboo is super processed too
