Is the ep2 antenna you linked in the description better than the one that shipped with the Mob 8? It looks pretty much the same as the one on mine.
I’ve damaged the antenna on mine so looking for ways to fix it, and your video seems a good option. Would this get a greater range?

Hey, I also damaged my antenna and looking for a new one, I found one on rs-online, but I don’t know if it’s the right one(Molex SMT-Antenne Bluetooth (BLE), WLAN Leiterplatte 3.7dBi 3 x 3 x 4mm). Im German please excuse my poor English 😅. I’m not sure if it’s the right one because ther are more that look the exact same to me. That would be the Molex SMT-Antenne Chip 3.6dBi 3 x 3 x 4mm. and the Molex 47948 SMT-Antenne Bluetooth (BLE), WLAN Extern 2400 → 2483,5 MHz Chip 3.3dBi 3 x 3 x 4mm. I would be very very thankful if you could help me 🙏

You can hide brother inside the canopy and works great specially on range happy flying brother thanks for watching 👍

@@DronePH-2024 thanks for the reply. I mean happymodel has two external RX modules. One with built in antenna EP2 RX (you installed) and one with external antenna EP1 RX. I think it will give even more range.
I wondered this too. Would the EP1 get better range?
