The Old Potteries Loop Railway walk from Aldi Kidsgrove to Birchenwood way

So we start this walk from Aldi in Kidsgrove continuing up the old potteries loop railway walk. We end at Birchenwood way.

I remember travelling on the loop line in late fifties with my gran going to visit her relatives in Longport we used to get the train from Liverpool Road station.
Used to be a great adventure.

We walked from Aldi today and finished with a walk around Tunstall Park and then returned. Lovely sunshine today.Met a gent from Manchester who was following the old line.

Wow, glad you had a good time. We’ve been to Blackpool today and the sunshine has been amazing there. Hope to get back to the line soon. Hopefully going to walk from Kidsgrove to Tunstall. Thanks for watching
