In America, it has always been common courtesy to refer to any former president as “President” so-and-so.
Usually, the media doesn’t even have the decency to say “former president”, for President Trump. 99/100 it’s either Trump or Mr. Trump.
I thought it was cool of him to say “President Trump” at the beginning. I actually thought I clicked on an older video.
