    Great info!!! Thanks for sharing....
    I have a question?
    what is the need of a scrum master to connect with various stakeholders.....what he needs to generally discuss with them when connected.... Appreciate your reply.

    • @AgileCoachingToolbox
      @AgileCoachingToolbox  Před 2 lety

      Thanks @gowtham for the question.
      Scrum Master (SM) can do a lot of things here. S/he can help in identifying and getting the right parties at the table, to begin with. S/he can facilitate the conversation, can help in building the collaborative environment we are looking for. I would say, creating psychological safety and trust based working environment is a key responsibility of a SM.
      Depending on the issue/topic at hand, SM may or may not be directly involved, but at least should facilitate the conversation.
      Check out agileyoda.samcart.com/products/standard-work-sm/ for more detailed list on what a Scrum Master should be doing on a daily/weekly/monthly basis.

    What is the most challenging activity that you do as a Scrum Master?

  • @sonalraha4299
    @sonalraha4299 Před rokem

    I am from banking industry
    With 10 years of experience. As scrum is people centric job I feel I can fit in. Kindly suggest

    • @AgileCoachingToolbox
      @AgileCoachingToolbox  Před rokem

      I would start with getting the basic certification. Look to get CSM (from Scrum Alliance) or PSM (from scrum.org)

    What's the purpose of meeting with stakeholders? Should I have an additional meeting with RTE in SAFe, if we have Scrum of Scrums often?

    • @AgileCoachingToolbox
      @AgileCoachingToolbox  Před rokem

      In essence, you are working for the stakeholders! So, it is important to meet them on a regular basis. This also helps in building trust with them.
      I would expect most of the heavy lifting here to be done by your Product Owner. Being a 'partner in crime', you (scrum master) should be there to help and lean on each other.

    • @AgileCoachingToolbox
      @AgileCoachingToolbox  Před rokem

      Yes, I would meet with RTE. In fact, h/she should be the one wanting to meet with you before each of the PI planning.
      If you already have SoS happening, you could use that platform and meet with RTE on regular cadence.
