They are wonderful dancers, no question about it, but personally I don't like this style of tango: too aggressive toward the lady. I would like the gentleman (since he should be a gentleman...) to be more attuned to his lady. I prefer the style of Victor Fung and Anastasia Muravyeva, who have achieved absolute perfection: maximum togetherness, total control in spite of great speed, no pushing or pulling of the lady, pleasure to watch.
only recently i liked standard ballroom dancing because i watched welcome to the ballroom anime. Then when i checked out videos from blackpool and wdsf, My favorite couples are victor&anastasia and benedetto&claudia. As a newbie those two couples gives me goosebumps and also gets my attention.
