Rule # 1 NOTHING is EASY! Safety FIRST! Some "suggestions" for safety. These things HAVE caused fires. Think AC panels same thing or your vehicle as it came from the factory! Main disconnect switches of the proper size are recommended at the source (batteries are the source here), REQUIRED on a commercial built unit. FUSE your load at the battery (within 7 inches) to protect the WIRING and prevent a fire. Fuses can double as a switch (not recommended). Cover ALL POS connections (battery most important). Fuse ALL the loads. Connect your batteries to the load from opposite ends, Neg from one battery and Pos from the other battery which makes a BIGGER balanced battery. Nice Build! Do it RIGHT don't just make it work!

Tip: When tapping for power out of parallel strings you want positive on one end and negative on the furthest battery. Would suggest adjusting as such to help balance the draw from the two batteries.

We have used the czcams.com/users/postUgkxOTeIs0vv4_9B5hsmnLsk9r930uDQLu_Y for probably 30 hours with our camper and it’s been great! The noise level is really only noticeable when running the AC and other appliances like the microwave, hair dryer, or coffee pot. It’s not huge like other ones and it has wheels so even at 90lbs, I can move it!

That’s pretty cool we are going to do some thing with solar or wind energy one day pretty windy on our property all the time so I’m thinking windmills 👍

you'd want the power coming off of One battery going to Denver and the negative ground from the second battery going to the inverter to split the load more evenly

Ive been wanting to build a power box ..Watched tons of video... Not sure if you did this to your setup.... but if you gonna leave the lid closed during operation... install a small fan on one side of the box,, and a exhaust hole on the opposite side..to keep the inside temp down...

inventors is that to hard to invent a simple, cheap battery bank to be conected to electricity all the time when we are using the battery bank to weld, meanwhile we weld, so we never be out of charge and the welding machine will be in operation all day! with out to be connect direct to my howse and aboid burn the breaker!

Okay nice set of strING lights but why waste watt hours converting to 120 volts AC 12volt DC LED Light's are the best way to go lighting straight from the batteries

Nice! I like that you're using the VEVOR 2500. Does it work well for you? I'm definitely doing the research to probably build one of these. The vevor looks like the most affordable for a 2500 watt which is a pretty decent amount of power. Interested to see how you make it fit in that size box.

nice cool but you do not have no fused between positive of inverter and positive on battery i have 800 watts inverter in tool box i have 2 110 AC out let with 20A breaker and 150 fused between positive of battery and my inverter and switch between my positive of my battery and my inverter to turn it off they still power pull from inverter even you turn it off i have cooling fan in my tool box its water proof and i going put solar charger and usb port

@@ssprofirewood one guy burn out his inverter have 3000 watts 48 Volt inverter 120 volt 60Hz running his house ok but the reason why he did have no breaker from out let of inverter if there over load if just flip breaker ok love how every is doing but am just trying to safe i have 500 watts 800 watts 1100 watts 1500 watts and 3000 watts inverter not finishing my or i will show you when i finish i will thanks

What model number is the tool box?
Thats just the box i need for my build, im using 2 lithium batteries
Hi Austin. Thanks for stopping by. That is a good idea to use Lithium batteries. If I ever need to change out my batteries, I am switching to Lithium. The tool box model number is DS450 and I got mine on Amazon. Good luck with your build!
